One on One Guidance

Once you bring baby home from the hospital, you may want an extra layer of care. During this session, you will have access to our Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist and Certified Lactation Consultant. If you need help sourcing an in-person specialist, this advocate will help to diagnose your needs and find a certified professional in your area.

Receive practical and credible nutrition support to help you consume healthy yet tasty foods during and after pregnancy. Your Registered Dietician advocate can help you construct nutrient-rich meal plans and birth recovery suggestions all while addressing your allergies and preferences.

Staying physically active and healthy is not only good for your physical health, it will support your overall mental health. Talk to our advocate about your fitness goals and how you can do exercises at home that will help you thrive. Our fitness experts are trained and certified in many types of exercise and movement and can put together a fitness plan tailored to your individual goals.

As you transition into parenthood, your career coach advocate will help you go from frazzled to fabulous as you learn what it is to be your best working-parent self. During this session, you can discuss: parental leave prep, values-based assessments, partner conversations around routines and logistic planning, goal setting and solution-based strategies, return to work strategy and support and time management assistance.

Did you know there is more than one way to bring a baby into this world? If you are simply wondering if you should have a doula, midwife and/or OBGYN at your birth, this advocacy session is for you. During this time, your advocate can cover birth planning, helping you source a doula, and/or making sure you are creating the support system and experience you desire.
